1. What GateFind is
GateFind is a flight-deal alert service. We are not a travel agency and we do not sell tickets. Every booking is made directly with the airline or booking site, under their terms.
Fares change quickly. A deal may be gone or priced differently by the time you see it, and we cannot guarantee availability.
2. Free account
A free account is free of charge and can be deleted at any time from your account page.
3. Club membership, free trial and renewal
The Club starts with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged €65 for a 12-month membership.
We email you before your trial ends and before each renewal. Memberships renew every year until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time in your account in one click. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
4. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK)
If you live in the EU or UK, you may withdraw within 14 days of your first payment and receive a full refund by contacting us.
5. Savings guarantee
If your reported flight savings from deals we sent you are below €500 during your first 12 months of paid membership, you can request a full refund of that year's fee within 30 days of the end of that year.
6. Community content
When you submit a travel tip or trip story, you confirm it is your own and give us permission to publish it in emails and on our website with the name, photo and handle you provided. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for airline schedule changes, cancellations, fees or the terms of any booking you make with a third party.
